These Website Terms are separate from the Terms of Service, Consumer Terms, Merchant Agreement, and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the Tapara mobile application and platform services.

The Website provides information about the Tapara platform, including product information, legal documents, support resources, and links to download the Tapara app. The Website does not provide access to payment processing, loyalty programmes, or other platform features — those are available only through the Tapara mobile application.
